Ideal Guest Count

  • For a wonderful indoor ceremony, Mission Blue Chapel is ideal, while Mission Blue Lawn and Kober Lawn have wonderful views for your outdoor celebration
  • The indoor ceremony capacity is about 150, but the outdoors can accommodate up to 300
  • Indoor receptions have a variety of locations to choose from: The Verbena Rooms, La Mariposa Borrachcan, Surfbird A & B, and Tidewater A & B can host 10 to 190 guests
  • Larger events will want to look at Callipe, Foyer, Terrace, and Silverspot

Recommended Event Flow

  • Have your ceremony on Kober Lawn or Mission Blue Chapel, followed by drinks and appetizers on the Callipe Terrace, with dinner in either the Verbena Rooms or Callipe
  • Then escort your guests back to Mission Blue to dance the night away
  • Consider changing up the look and feel – this venue has it all, so why not enjoy it?

  • Murray Circle, a Michelin-star restaurant, provides you with the award-winning cuisine of Chef Joseph Humphrey, and their stellar wine list can only enhance the festivities
  • Included with your rental ~ walnut and mahogany chiavari chairs, white folding chairs, tables, full length linen with corresponding topper, dressing room for the Bride, and the best of all: a complementary overnight stay for the Bride and Groom

Color Palettes, Themes, and Design

  • Colors at Cavallo Point should be a bit understated – this location is all about being at harmony with nature
  • Try base colors of apple green, latte, or mocha – another great combination is melon or peach
  • In the fall, try pairing browns with vibrant oranges and pinks
  • With the amazing selection of various on-property locations, you can really have fun incorporating different designs for each area

Entertainment and Photography

  • If you are looking to have amplified music and a dance floor, consider renting the Surfbird, Tidewater, or Callipe locations
  • The Verbena Rooms, as well as La Mariposa Borracha, are best suited for smaller groups with light music in the background – no amplified music or dancing is allowed
  • Mission Blue, with its lawn areas, is great for larger parties. It also allows you to hire a live band and have plenty of space for dancing
  • This spectacular venue offers 14,000 sq ft of indoor space, and 12,500 sq ft of spectacular outdoor space, so the photography opportunities are endless
  • Unparalleled views of the Golden Gate Bridge, as well as the Bay, make your photography session fun and amazing
