Catering and Facilities

  • The Bently’s catering list is a who’s who of San Francisco’s best companies. The catering company is responsible for re-setting the room after your ceremony, therefore your choice is crucial!
  • Rental period ~ setup can begin as early as 9:00 am. The entire event must be cleaned up by 1:00 am the next day – remember to give yourself plenty of time for breakdown
  • All furniture must be rented and setup and is the responsibility of the client

The Bottom Line

  • A wedding celebration on a Saturday evening will range from $8,000 to $10,000. Sundays and weekdays are available at a discounted rate.

Color Palettes, Themes, and Design

  • A neutral color palette of white’s, cream, and blush are amazing. Jewell tones such as aubergine and cardinal reds are equally gorgeous
  • The Beaux Arts architecture makes this the perfect place for a vintage or 20′s themed celebration
  • All furniture and decorative accents have to be rented – this gives you the opportunity to be creative and have a unique design

Entertainment and Photography

  • This amazing venue has endless picture opportunities – the grand foyer, balcony, and columns all create beautiful backdrops
  • During dinner, try setting a soft, ethereal mood with a classical violin trio, then switch to an eight piece brass band to create a larger sound for dancing

Let’s Talk

  • Choose the perfect lighting to accentuate the columns, carved ceilings, and mezzanine
  • The chairs from the ceremony will need to be reused during dinner, so consider a change of decoration on the chairs
  • Lighting in this venue is crucial, the ceilings, dramatic columns, and marble floors are transformed with the right lighting elements
